Abstract [en]
This paper examines how organizations work with their recruitment. The organizations in this
paper are mined in the trade of recruiting and staffing. The paper will further influence how
organizations work or will work with recruiting through social medias. It describes the
recruiting process in the traditional way and what costs it brings. The next part is a description
of network and the importance of networking in a general way.
Our results demonstrate that social medias probably will stay as a complement to other more
traditional methods and will not be an own recruiting method. Though, the results feature that
the social medias make the recruiting more effectiveness and make the advertisement costs
lower. One thing that is central for all type of recruitment is the importance of networking
with other people. Networking is more effective when doing so through social medias. But
one should not forget that networking is just as important when using the traditional way.
