Swedish people tend to save their money in saving accounts instead of investing it. This study will examine how the investment strategies Magic Formula and Canslim perform on the different subgroups Mid Cap and Large Cap on the Swedish stock market. The purpose of this study is to test which strategy yields the highest return. The strategies were tested between the years of 2012-2021 and the study showed that the Magic Formula is to be preferred on Mid Cap and Canslim is to be preferred on Large Cap on the Swedish stock market. The results that are presented according to the calculations in this study shows that there are questions to be made whether the efficient market hypothesis is correct or not.
