Abstract [en]

The present document provides a general overview ofmy research which aims at understanding theemergence of new organizational arrangements in thecontext of using open Wikis for knowledge collaborationand sharing. It also provides an overview of myresearch, motivation and discussion of the researchproblem, aim and research questions, and methods.Further, an overview of the current situation of myresearch is presented. Finally, it provides a discussionof the benefits from participating at the CSCW2012 DC.
