Abstract [sv]

I den palliativa vården handlar vårdandet om att stödja patienten oavsett vilken sjukdom det gäller. Sjuksköterskans uppgift är att förebygga och lindra lidande, men framför allt att förbättra livskvaliteten för patienten. Det finns en vårdmodell som sjuksköterskan kan använda sig av inom palliativ vård som heter “de 6 S:n” som syftar till att gynna patientens delaktighet under livets slutskede med fokus påpatientens perspektiv.
