Abstract [en]

We see the problematic of our research as in linking Leadership Intelligence and Power of Innovation in organizations notions, and suggest the following research questions that help us “to stay focused through the research project” (Strauss and Corbin, 1990).

 What is the nature of leadership/organizational innovativeness relationships?

Our concern is that leadership and organizational innovativeness notions are closely linked to each other. Moreover, they distinguish different sides of the same phenomenon, which is the way of relation to reality.

 And what does it involve from the part of manager to lead organizational innovativeness?

Since we interpret leadership and organizational innovativeness as an interdependent concept, the question, of spheres of influence on the power of innovation in an organization emerged as the consequence. At that point, we examined the leadership impact on organizational innovativeness in different levels: individual, group and organizational.
