Abstract [en]

In this essay we have done a case study on Hydro Extrusion Sweden AB. In the study we target to investigate employees' unmotivation, the risk it entails and how one could counteract this through intrinsic incentive. To be able to carry through the essay we have done five interviews and taken help from previous research about unmotivation. The research basis is gathered from literature, previous research and internet sources. In our empirical chapter we present the interviews that we have carried out with employees in different positions at Hydro. Through these responses we thereafter analyzed our empirical facts by linking it to our selected theories. We then looked into similarities and unique connections between theory and practice in order to comprehend the gathered observations. In the last part of the study we present our conclusion and discussion, this is also the part where we answer our research questions.
