Abstract [sv]

Abstract [en]

The Ripple effect is a collection of short stories and poems all of whose titlesare synonymous with the concept of reminiscence. Over the course of a yearand more: summer, autumn, winter, spring and summer again, we trace a lifethrough vague memories. But since memory is deceptive the text also dealswith truth and lies and how imagination can bring with it a sense of realismwhile reality at times can be difficult to believe in. I chose the title Rippleeffect as an illustration to how lives are shaped. Events descend upon us asinto water, creating ripples on the surface colliding with each other causinginterference; transforming the original in an unfathomable way.
