Defektreducering och kvalitetsförbättringar genom processanalys (Swedish)
Abstract [sv]

Abstract [en]

Increased competition among industries has resulted in a great extent of improvement programs in order to cut costs and reduce the non value adding activities in the production process with the intention of raising the company profits. The concern is in eliminating damages and defects in the production process and reducing or preferably eliminating the supplementary and additional work that come with it. This will reduce the overall production costs as well as warranty costs. This report is a further analysis into this matter of how a manufacturing company can reduce defects in its products and achieve continuous improvement within its manufacturing process through management and measurement of the process.
