Inclusion, activation and minimum income.: A European Perspective
Linnaeus University, Faculty of Health, Social Work and Behavioural Sciences, School of Social Work.
2011 (English)In: Rediteia, Revista Political Social, ISSN 1646-0782, no 44, p. 39-57Article in journal, News item (Other (popular science, discussion, etc.)) Published
Abstract [en]

The growing marginalisation from the labour market has in most European countries been answered by activation policies. However, societal inclusion can take many other forms than labour market inclusion and also the employment effects of most activation policies are often meagre. The article therefore points to other and more radical policies than activation.
