The essay aims to get an idea of how five Kosovo Albanians in Sweden are looking for repatriation to their country of origin, Kosovo. The essay is based on qualitative interviews with repatration, diaspora, and integration as a ground. Diaspora studies are about ethnic groups, who have moved due to voluntary or coercive reasons. In the essay, the participants moved to Sweden voluntarily. The study shows that the participants Kosovars feel integrated in Swedish society but that they have consider of repatriate to Kosovo, but not in the near future. One of the participants differed from the others as she did not show interest to repatriate. The fundamental reasons they gave, coming to repatriate, are that they will have jobs, health care and a functioning legal system in Kosovo. They like living in the Diaspora, mainly because of the good socio-economic conditions in Sweden. In the Swedish Diaspora the Kosovo Albanians maintain their differences originated, for example by seeing other Kosovo Albanians. The study has shown that if one perceives to be integrated into Swedish society, the more the desire to return home permanently decreases.
