This project investigates the role of design in supporting emotional awareness among young people in school environments. It focuses on how a tangible tool can create space for reflection, helping students recognize and articulate their feelings in everyday situations. The outcome is a journal-based tool developed for 12–13-year-old students, combining visual elements, storytelling, and guided prompts. Rather than offering solutions, it invites users to engage with their own experiences and build a personal understanding of their emotions. The project highlights how small, consistent practices of reflection can influence behavior over time, and suggests that emotional awareness should be considered an essential part of learning and social sustainability.
