Abstract [en]

The financial industry is facing significant challenges and opportunities in a rapidly changing market. The purpose of the study is to analyze the key factors including an organization’s competitiveness and to provide insights on how strategic transformation processes can enhance business outcomes.

The aim is to provide an in-depth understanding of how strategic management and differentiation can be effectively applied to increase an organization’s resilience and success. The methodology includes a SWOT-analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as Porter’s Five Forces model to evaluate market dynamics and competitive intensity.

The results show that organizations that successfully implement strategic transformation through improved management and innovative strategies can achieve a stronger market position and increased profitability. The conclusion is that a structured and well-executed strategic transformation is crucial for long-term success in the financial industry.
