The article ”Prologue to the literary theory of science” is part of anongoing research project named ”On writing as a method”, in whichI explore the intellectual and emotional overlaps between academicwriting and poetry writing. In this article, I am interested in conceptssuch as ”truth”, ”meaning”, ”meaningfulness” and ”grief”, which Iexamine through a literary or poetic linguistic discourse. That is all,and still nothing has been said, or at least not in the precise way, asdid the Austrian poet Ingeborg Bachmann: ”O schließ /die Augenschließ! / Preß den Mund auf den Biß!”
